Fawwaz Muhammad Fauzi is a lecturer in Chemistry at UIN Siber Syekh Nurjati Cirebon and in Pharmacy at STIKes KHAS Kempek. He holds a background in Pure Chemistry and currently teaches a range of chemistry-related subjects, including Organic Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Basic Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Natural Product Chemistry (Phytochemistry), and Medicinal Chemistry.

His academic interests include the integration of Islamic values into science education, phytochemical analysis, bioassay-guided screening of medicinal plants, and pharmaceutical chemistry. He is actively involved in curriculum development and laboratory-based teaching modules, especially in the context of undergraduate pharmacy education.

Fawwaz is also committed to promoting scientific literacy among students from Islamic boarding schools, advocating the importance of interdisciplinary education that bridges the natural sciences and Islamic scholarship.

He regularly mentors undergraduate research, contributes to scientific publications, and is engaged in professional and educational activities within the field of pharmaceutical and chemical sciences.
